A lifelong passion
Apex Paintworks is the result of a lifelong passion for cars and motoring. Cars have always been in my blood, from collecting model motorbikes as a child to swapping engines over as a teenager. My journey in the automotive repair industry started in 2013, after a long training period I started repairing alloys and bumpers. Around 18 months later I began contracting to one of the largest SMART Repair companies in the country, carrying out repairs for large insurance companies including Car Care Plan, AutoProtect, Mapfre, Premia amongst others. This was for big brands such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Jaguar/Land Rover and VW.
Time to do better
After several years in the industry, I witnessed a lot of corners being cut, and very poor examples of work. My goal is to raise the standards of mobile cosmetic car repair.
Painting and repairing cars is no walk in the park. It needs, care, time, attention and a genuine interest. I love what I do, I get to work on some wonderful vehicles and I get to meet amazing people, and I aim to provide a personal service to every single customer no matter how big or small the job,
Extra-curricular activities
On the sideline to my day job, I've had the pleasure to provide paintwork services to names in the British Superbike Paddock, and the current BMCRC Club 1000 Champion Ryan Warrington.
